Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
A $50 fee if there is a loss of keys security button per set A $100 fee if parking pass lost

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
