The kitchen is fully outfitted if you choose to dine in: Side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice- maker, dishwasher and microwave. We have an extensive selection of flatware, glass stemware, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, a complete inventory of kitchen utensils and cookware. You can also barbecue near the pool.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Lahaina is 15 minutes away. There are also multiple restaurants nearby. But you won't care. Just eat on our wraparound lanai. It is one of the best views in Maui.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
