Additional Comments from prior guests: Lucy: We stayed in the rental condo for six weeks this past winter. We enjoyed it very much, the location was wonderful as was the condo, very clean and in very good condition. The Owners were just super people and we enjoyed meeting them. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wishing to spend time in Waikiki. Kim M: We booked the condo in the spring of 2007. We were very pleased with the quick replies to our emails and questions. We had stayed numerous times in the building before at other units so we were familiar with it. We just returned from our trip in 2008 and were happy with the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay in a unit without wiping out the dresser drawers first. The boxed treats and card left on the pillow when we arrived was also a nice touch. Too bad the Owners couldn't do anything about all the rain we had!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
$500 due at the time of booking, remainder due 90 days before arrival. PayPal instructions will be sent at the time of booking if the guest wants to use PayPal. There is an additional 4% charge for the use of PayPal. Please see our website for complete cancellation policy.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
