Our 4 Bedroom family cottage is for rent this summer.
The cottage is situated on a Southern point, on Horseshoe Lake - just North of Lake Rosseau 15 minutes south of Parry Sound. It’s a 15-minute drive to the quaint town of Rosseau, 45 minutes to Huntsville, Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. The cottage is boat access, and rental boats or taxis can be arranged through Horseshoe Pines Marina.
Our family cottage has a cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, microwave, fridge, satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, propane bbq with rotisserie, horseshoe pit, canoe. Stone circle fire pit and fully screened in gazebo. It’s on a double lot with a 270’ lakefront, a sandy shoreline and deep water off the dock, floating raft to swim out to.
The cottage is only accessible by boat from the marina (where your vehicle can be parked).
