Property is near water.
Lake Windermere is a 25 minute drive/taxi from the property. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
The town of Invermere is located on the shores of Lake Windermere. The town is a short 20 minute drive down from Panorama Mountain. There are two public beaches in Invermere, James Chabot Provincial Park and Kinsmen beach. The lake is warm enough for swimming and large enough for boating.
Ski/Board Out is less than a 1 minute walk from the property
One minute to/from ski runs. A two minute walk to the gondola takes guests to the day lodge and main lift. You can ski down the Toby run to get back to the condo complex.

Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap, Greywolfe, Riverside Golf Resort at Fairmont and St. Eugene Golf Resort are about a 30 minute drive/taxi from the property. Spur Valley Greens, Cranbrook Golf Club, Golden Golf and Country Club, Windermere Valley Golf Course, Eagle Ranch Golf.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount minus a $53.00 cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

The first warning comes with a $250 fee. If the first warning is not adhered too there will be an immediate eviction without refund.

Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
Cleaning on Departure
Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $25+tax/hour.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 39.75 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

The property does not supply internet although Panorama Mountain Village has a free wireless connection. It is not guaranteed this connection can be accessed from within the condo but visiting any public outlet in the village will allow you to use this internet connection.

These properties have independent, private enterances. There is underground, heated parking: one parking spot per Lodge and Townhome unit.
