Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Diners Club
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 40.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
