    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Booking Conditions: 1. Payment for the entire rental period should be made eight (8) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental. 2. A deposit equivalent to 25% of the fee for the total rental period is payable at the time of booking. This deposit is used to secure the booking and acts as a security against any damage, missing items or breakages. The deposit will be returned within two weeks after the end of the rental, less any deductions for such damage, etc, as identified by our representative in Hua Hin 3. Cancellation Refunds 8 weeks or more – no cancellation charge 4 - 8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks – no refund

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
