Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Electric and water bills are not included in the rental fee.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
