There is a breathtaking ocean view from the front of the Villa. Every bedroom has a deck overlooking the ocean and the rear of the house overlooks the Sierra Madre mountains.

More Information

Our unit has a private chef, daily maid service and complimentary airport transportation. The owner will fax a shopping list to you prior to arrival, simply select the grocery items you require and they will be able to puchase them for you, (this must be reimbursed, there is no mark up). There is no extra charge for the preparation of the food. The chef's specialites are preparing seafood and assorted Oaxacian dishes.

Is it approximately half and hour from the Huatulco International Airport to unit.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Our unit is only minutes from Huatulco's golf course. I have an arrangement with the nearby golf course where our guests receive 30% off the normal green fee rate.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is no need to rent a car in Huatulco because you can easily get around by taxi - usually $3.00 to $5.00. The hotel section is at Tangalunda Bay which is approximately a three minute taxi ride from the villa and the nearest towns of Santa Cruz and La Crucecita are a 10-12 minute taxi ride. Our guests have free access to Huatulco's new spa, they also enjoy 20% off on all treatments.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The Villa is perched one hundred feet above "El Tejoncito", the first of 37 beaches in Huatulco.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
