Due to its location, the beach of Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco is one of a kind. Thanks to the capricious geography of this place, the only access to Rincón Sabroso beach is through the hotel, making this beach an exclusive one. Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
