Special Conditions

Please Note: There is a cleaning fee that is payable directly to the hotel of 260 pesos per day based on 2 people, double occupancy. This covers daily house keeping, laundry, towels etc, and is not included in your quote from Owner Direct. This also includes access to all the hotel facilities such as gym, tennis courts, main pool etc. When both bedrooms are used, up to 4 people, the daily rate effective June 1st, 2009 is Peso 475. Extra fee of 50 peso for each additional person over 4 people.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
