The living room, and the master bed room have view to the ocean, all other rooms have a nice view to the pool site, or the country site of Huatulco
• Huatulco Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Villa Delfines is located 25 min utes drive to and from the airport, the pick up and drop off of our guests is included in the price.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Most transportations are done with inexpensive taxis and with rental cars.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). A beautiful breakfast restaurant is located right next to the villa. A family style inexpensive restaurants is 10 minutes walk. First class dining is 10 minutes drive at the hotel Quinta Real.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand.
• Nearby Attractions: Tours, watersports, sports fishing, rental boats, diving tours etc. can be arranged in down town 7 minutes drive from the villa.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

50 % deposit to guarantee the Villa
The rest cash upon arrival to the agent in Huatulco.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
