Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Full maid service (linens changed, room cleaned, trash removed and towels exchanged) is 300 Pesos for the first 2 occupants. 100 pesos per person thereafter.

Limited maid service (trash removal and towel exchange) is 155 pesos and must be requested upon check-in at the resort. Both fees are paid directly at the resort and are not included in your rental total. You must choose one of these options at check-in.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). You may shop the hotels at Tangolunda Bay and shops near hotels or take a 10 minute taxi ride to La Crucecita
• Ocean front condo. Located at the fabulous Camino Real Zaashila Hotel Resort on Tangolunda Bay. The private beach at the Resort is never crowded and seldom visited by vendors hawking their wares.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
