Living Room

1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2), 1 Double Air Mattress (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Couch (sleeps 2). The living room area of the house in the middle level can accommodate 1-3 people with a large built in sofa and or the use of one of our 3 air mattresses.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet and one basin.

All three bedrooms and the whole house has an incredible view of the Pacific ocean. We have 4 decks that provide private space for individuals wishing to separate from the pack.

Huatulco Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. You can arrange in advance to rent a car which is available at the airport, or you can get catch a taxi to the house. If you are catching a taxi, walk out to the highway and flag down a taxi as this much cheaper than the taxis at the airport.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Drive into Cruceta which is 30 minutes. Downtown Huatulco is approximately a 35 minute drive.
Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand.
Nearby Attractions: Golf in town.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
