Waterfront and/or Beach
A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. 2 minute walk to private beach with shade trees in sandy bay. Unit has assorted snorkeling equipment; however, serious divers should bring their own.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 60 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
