• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The golf course is a short cab ride from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Cab service is available for around $4.00.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. 2 minute walk to private beach with shade trees in sandy bay. Unit has assorted snorkeling equipment; however, serious divers should bring their own.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking is 20% (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
