Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 100.00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.00/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
