Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 100.00.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.00/day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
