Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Accept Pay Pal, Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa), Direct Deposit, Checks, Interac transfers. Pay 1 night on reservation. Balance due within last week prior to arrival.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 for short stays and 300 for long stays will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
