This tri-level winterized luxury chalet is located in the heart of Muskoka, in Hidden Valley, Huntsville adjacent to Deerhurst Resort. The private wooden chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms that sleeps 10 people. The property is a short walk from Penn Lake and Hidden Valley Ski Club. It is a short drive to Algonquin and Arrowhead National Parks. The chalet has a sun room with hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, dining room & walk out deck with gas BBQ & patio furniture, sauna, rec room with ping pong table, living room with wood stove, cable TV, VCR, DVD, electrical heating.

The Grandview Canadian Open 18-hole course is only a short 5 minute drive away. For beginner/intermediate golfers, the Huntsville Downs 18-hole is a 15 minute drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Club is a five minute walk away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just minutes walk to the Deerhurst and Delta Hidden Valley Resorts. Deerhurst has formal dining facilities and a pub, while Hidden Valley Resort has a Movenpick Marche. The Huntsville town shopping plaza (including Blockbuster, Robinson's grocer, Walmart) and restaurants are a 10-minute drive,including Deerhurst's Steamer's Restaurant, 3 Guys and a Stove, and others. Fast food restaurants within 10 minutes drive include East Side Marios, Swiss Chalet, Little Caesar's Pizza, Quiznos, McDonald's and Harvey's.
    • Penn Lake is a 5 minute walk from the chalet. The Arrowhead Park which has a large lake and beautiful beach is a 10 to 15 minute drive. There are numerous lakes in Algonquin park which is a 30 minute drive. Just minutes walk to the Deerhurst Delta and Hidden Valley Resorts. Summer Activities include canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, water sports, indoor/outdoor tennis and swimming. Winter Activities include cross-country skiing, tubing, outdoor skating, ice hockey, snowshoeing and ice fishing. There is a private beach shared by chalet owners which is approximately a 5 minute walk from the chalet.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
