Cozy cottage on the water. Beautiful, quiet, year round rentals at family oriented resort. Games room, pool table, local phone and community fire pit with playground. Baseboard heating. In summer, bike, boat, hike, swim, fish, quad and kayak. Lake stocked with Rainbow and Brook Trout. Canoes,rowboats and life vests included at no charge! In winter, 20 mins. to Big White, snowshoe, x-country ski (Nordic), sled, skate and hunt. It doesn't get any better than this! 30 mins. east of Kelowna up Hwy 33, 6km off the hwy, just past Big White turn off. Great road year round. Fully furnished.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A $250.00 cheque is needed to hold your reservation. This also serves as your damage deposit. This cheque will not be cashed unless you cancel with less than 30 days notice or there is damage to the cabin. The cheque will then be shredded or mailed back to you, whichever you are more comfortable with.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
