Beautiful farmhouse that is located in the Chianti hills near the town of Impruneta. The house has been recently renovated with great care, well furnished and equipped. Very pleasant outdoor areas consisting of two equipped loggias and a courtyard that overlooks the surrounding countryside. From the main house it is possible to easily reach the centre of Florence as well as the entire Chianti Classico area between Florence and Siena. The owner lives in a detached cottage with independent outdoor areas. DISTANCES: 1.5 km Impruneta (all kinds of shops), 12 km Florence, 45 km San Gimignano, 70 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (300 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, large living room with fireplace and dining area with table seating up to 16 people (TV), kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer) with wood-burning oven, fireplace and table seating up to 10 people, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. One suite made up of a living room with fireplace open to the double bedroom. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom which you access by passing through a living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, shower and wardrobe, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath. On request and to be paid for on site: domestic help, cleaning and mid-weekly linen change.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
