Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 3.
Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
