The washer and separate dryer are contained in their own area.

The heatable pool is 27' x 15' and is fenced with a 6' 6"/2.0m high fence for privacy. The estate enjoys the benefit of a large community swimming pool, 2 childrens play areas, a jogging trail and tennis court. There are a large number of golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive of the villa.
