Large LCD HD TV with HD and Digital Cable Channels in the lounge. All Bedrooms have TV's and DVD players connected to Cable TV channels.

10 minute’s from Disney, 2 minutes from the Shops, Restaurants and Entertainment on the Highway 192. SeaWorld and Universal Studio's are within an easy Drive.

The Extended Pool Area is fenced giving you privacy to enjoy the Large Heated Swimming Pool, Spa / Hot Tub and for our younger guests their own Children's Pool. The covered lanai gives you shade to enjoy an “Al-Fresco” meal around the patio table. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided.
The Large Deck area with padded Chairs, Reclining Chairs, Loungers and Stools provides ample space to enjoy the Florida Sunshine.

The Games Area has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Football and Electronic Dart Board. We also provide 3 sets of Golf Clubs and Tennis Racquets for our guests use.

Manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems at a small additional cost. Have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.

Fully Equipped Kitchen - as this is our Second Home we Have Equipped the Kitchen Accordingly So There Should Not be any Problem for those Guests who Wish to Stay in and Cook a Meal Or Just Sit Back and Enjoy a Glass of Wine. for our Younger Guests we Have Provided Scooby Doo Plates and Bowls
