Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 31 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 31 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 3000 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
