Our complex of 4 beach cottages is on the Gulf side(west) of Gulf Boulevard on the 5th Avenue beach access. WE are located one house off the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card - Diners Club
All credit cards are processed on our website thru the PayPal service.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $125.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
