Private fishing/boat dock across the street on the intracostal waterway owned by Holiday Villas III for guest use. Fishing pier with boat dock accross the street on the intercoastal, perfect for boating and fishing!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash
Rentals are weekly - Sat to Sat, 7 night stays.

• No smoking is allowed.
