Grocery shopping is just a mile up the road. Convenience store which serves cofee and donuts is within walking distance. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Oceanfront unit. Private fishing/boat dock across the street on the intracostal waterway owned by Holiday Villas III for guest use. Fishing pier with boat dock accross the street on the intercoastal, perfect for boating and fishing!
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash Rentals are weekly - Sat to Sat, 7 night stays. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
