Our building is a quaint wood beach villa, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We offer amenities such as, cable TV, DVD, VHS, and assigned covered parking within the 8 unit complex. Located 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport & 15 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport. Building is on the beach, unit faces intercoastal.

    Beautiful hardwood floor throughout living space, carpeted bedrooms, NEWLY renovated Master Bath. Central air, private balcony. Screened lanai, deck/porch/patio, outdoor community picnic area and showers. Very clean!

    • We are located approximately 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Golf Courses all over the general area.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants are all around the area.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Building is on the beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    Payment is required in full 30 days before arrival
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
