Amenities: This unit offers numerous other amenities such as: free local and long distance telephone calls, smoke detector. You will also find several family games and sets of playing cards. This corner unit is located on the ground floor, very near the fully landscaped garden courtyard. The over sized pool is protected by white fencing, and surrounded with palm trees, loungers, tables and chairs. There are also restrooms and an elevated sun-bathing terrace. Directly behind the pool, is a new shade hut, a boardwalk, a fishing dock and deep water boat slips that run along the wide intracoastal waterway.

• St. Petersburg International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Tampa International Airport is also only 20 miles away.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Shuttle. A Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Shopping and dining are both only minutes away. Located next door to the renowned Salt Rock Grill Restaurant.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 10 boats. At the resort we have a private fishing dock and rental deep water boat slips that run along the wide intracoastal waterway. Water sports such as: swimming, boating, sailing, surfing, wind surfing, wave running, jet skiing, para sailing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving are readily available. • Nearby Attractions: Orlando Attractions are only a little over an hour away. While staying in Indian Shores, FL, at the Barefoot Beach Resort, there are ample opportunities for fun! Land activities include: golf, miniature golf, tennis, volleyball, biking, sightseeing, cinemas, museums, theaters, shelling, and bird watching. There are also numerous amusement parks and state parks within driving distance.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
