On every confirmed booking, Owner Direct collects
from the Guest, 10% of the total rental plus a tax on this 10%
portion. The remaining 90% is paid directly to you by the guest.
All amounts including taxes, are documented for you in a 'Notice
of Match'.

If, and only if, you receive 2 or more bookings
in our fiscal year (starting Jun 1st - May 31), we collect a
$100 annual fee on your second booking directly from the Guest.
No annual fee is charged if you don't receive at least a second
booking for that year.
The annual fee is charged per owner, not per unit and covers
the cost of setting up and maintaining your unit page, data,
photos, ongoing liaison, web development and management tools. |
You do not require your own website,
we create and maintain your webpage for your unit on our site.
If you have your own website, you can link your "Owner Direct" availability
calendar to your website, at no additional cost. |
