It has 2 bedrooms with full queen size beds, den with a double sofa bed, 1 1/2 bathrooms (prefilled with bath accessories such as toilet paper, facial tissue, soap, shampoo and hand cream), a gas fireplace for your comfort and ambiance as well as 2 TV's and a DVD player for your entertainment. It has beautiful hardwood floors and ceramic tiling throughout.
Linens and bedding are provided for six occupants.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, security deposit will be refunded. Rental deposit will only be returned if unit is re-rented for that period. Otherwise, no refund of rental deposit. $250 damage deposit due at booking time, other $250 due 30 days prior to arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
