1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

I currently have a Rock Bottom special as well as a last minute booking special of 40% discount if booked 2 days prior to occupancy, available until June 1st 2008. I have applied for the credit card acceptance. Until then. The Renter pays one night's accommodation to confirm booking. A post Dated cheque is paid in full for the balance of rental 30 days prior to occupancy. One night accommodation is also paid up front to be kept as a damage deposit. Damage Deposit is refunded following checkout if there are no damages to the unit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
