Panoramic mountain views of the Rocky and Purcell Mountain Ranges and Windermere Valley as well as lake views of Lake Windermere. Sunrise views from the 2 sundecks and large picture windows.

More Information

Two cedar decks overlooking mountain and lake are located off the main living area and master bedroom. Patio table and 10 chairs are provided. There is a high vaulted ceiling in the living room with a ceiling fan. All bedding, linens, towels and pillows are provided. There is a local caretaker available to handle any problems that may arise.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Twelve championship golf courses are located within a 20 minute drive of the chalet including Eagle Ranch in Invermere, Radium Springs and Resort Course, Fairmont Mountainside and Riverside, Windermere Valley, and Greywolf at Panorama.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Panorama Mountain Village is a 20 minute drive from the chalet. Kimberley, Kicking Horse, Fairmont and Lake Louise Ski Resorts are all within one hour drive of the chalet. Fernie Ski Resort is about a 2 hour drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ten minute walk to town for shopping, restaurants, pubs or cinema. Large grocery, hardware and convenience stores are located in Invermere. The Valley has a multitude of dining establishments from fine dining to fast food.
• Walk or drive to the Kinsman Beach on Lake Windermere. The James Chabot Provincial Park is 5 minute drive from the chalet. Columbia Lake is a 45 minute drive from Invermere, here there is a beach for swimming, boating and all water sports. Close to Fairmont or Radium Hot Springs for swimmming or soaking in the odourless mineral hot or cool pools. There are two beaches close by the chalet, which provide good swimming conditions, with clear fresh mountain water, fine sand and gradual for a short distance. The Kinsman Public Beach is a 10 minute walk from the chalet, here there are jogging and bike paths, tennis, volleyball, swimming, boating and all water sports. The James Chabot Provincial Park is a five minute drive from the chalet where guests may rent pleaseure watercraft or dine at the Lakeside Inn on the waterfront.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
We will refund all prior payments, if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, less $100.00, if the unit can be re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
