Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
