Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque A copy of a valid drivers license of one of the tenants booking the unit is required to be submitted to the owner in order to complete the booking. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
