Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river.
There are two beautiful beach parks in Invermere and both are only a few minutes drive away. Kinsmen Beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and has a walking/running path, heritage garden, Pynelogs Cultural Centre (historical building), large shade trees and restaurant/pub nearby. Chabot Park is more open and sunny and is close to fast food and restaurant/pubs.
Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Both Panorama Ski Resort and Fairmont Ski Resort are a 20 minutes drive away.

The Calgary International airport is about a 180 minute drive/taxi from the property. Calgary International Airport is a 3 hour drive away. Cranbrook Regional Airport is 1 1/5 hr drive. Invermere and Fairmont Airports are for private planes and helicopters.

- 3 blocks to the downtown shopping core bank corner and bakery - 4 blocks to A G foods - 5 blocks to Sobey's - 7 to 8 blocks to Kinsmen Beach depending on which way you go - it is downhill to the beach and uphill to return home - 3 to 4 blocks to a variety of restaurants - 4 blocks to the liquor store - 1/2 block to the school with large grass field and playground - 4 blocks to the Saturday farmer's market
