1 Queen Bed. Large Master Bedroom is very bright and has two separate closets with closet organizers. There is also a leather club chair for lounging.

From both bedrooms there are views to the east of the Rocky Mountains. The other windows offer views of the Purcell Range and Mount Nelson can be seen from the balcony.

A gas BBQ is available in the backyard for the summer months and is shared with the guests from the lower duplex.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
