• Invermere has an airport for smaller planes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are about 8 very good golf courses within 20 minute drive and 4 or 5 smaller par 3 courses as well.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Panorama is a 20 minute drive from Invermere. Fairmont is also 20 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A short 10 to 15 minute walk takes you downtown.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Lake Windermere is a short 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the house. Pictures of the beach are included.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
A reservation is made once we receive 50% payment. If paying by check you need to send one check (50%) with the current date and the other (50% and damage deposit) post dated to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your check in time. After receiving your first payment, your confirmation # will be sent to you by email, fax, phone, or mail. Cancellations need to be communicated as soon as possible because your credit or refund is affected. Cancellations 30 days or more before > 100% credit towards another booking 15- 29 days before > 50% refunded back 14 days or less > no refund Early departure does not warrant any refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
