Invermere is a lakeside community and is located between the Rocky's and the Purcell's. Noted for great weather and numerous recreational activities, the Columbia Valley is sure to satisfy whatever your pleasure. Our 2 storey home is perfect for 2 or 3 families or 4 couples. Family reunions, couple's golf or ski getaway or a family vacation to enjoy the lake. The basement contains a large screen TV with home theater and over 100 movies to choose from. For gamers a separate 21" TV with XBOX. Retire to the living room to find a quiet comfortable atmosphere and relive your full day of activities. We have a large screen TV in living room also.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. A reservation is made once we receive 50% payment. If paying by check you need to send one check (50%) with the current date and the other (50% and damage deposit) post dated to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your check in time. After receiving your first payment, your confirmation # will be sent to you by email, fax, phone, or mail. Cancellations need to be communicated as soon as possible because your credit or refund is affected.Cancellations 30 days or more before > 100% credit towards another booking15- 29 days before > 50% refunded back14 days or less > no refundEarly departure does not warrant any refund.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
