• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are two golf courses (Eagle Ranch and Copper Point) within a 7 minute drive. Three more (Grey Wolf, Radium and Fairmont) are all less than 30 minutes.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Panorama is the closest (20 minute drive), then Kicking Horse (1 hour), and Sunshine or Lake Louise (1.5 hours).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Main street Invermere is just outside your front door (3 minute walk).
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Beach is a 3 minute walk from the complex. Marina close by for putting boat in/out.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
