    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
    Upon booking a reservation, a 50% deposit (including GST) is required. Final payment will be processed the day of arrival. All payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard. If cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to your reservation, you can re book in order to avoid losing your 50% deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of upon request.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
