    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Email Money Transfer
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking with the balance due 15 days in advance of arrival. A damage deposit of $100.00 will be added to the final total and and refunded 2-3 business days after check-out (subject to inspection).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
