30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

Cleaning fee: $120 cleaning fee will not be charged for bookings of 7 nights or more. ******Checkout procedures: Prior to checkout, all dishes must be washed (they may be left in the dishwasher). The microwave and fridge must be wiped out, and the kitchen counter and sink must be wiped. Beds are to be stripped and the linen left on the beds. Furniture is to be returned to its original position. Remove all trash and recyclables. Garbage containers are available outside, just inside the fence by the parking stalls. Please ensure that garbage is in properly tied bags, and the garbage container is closed. There may be additional charges for cleaning if this is not done.*****

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
