We’re nestled in the picturesque town of Invermere in the heart of the Canadian Rockies within a short stroll to both the lake and all "downtown" amenities (bakery, cafes, deli, arts and crafts and antique stores, restaurants, weekly farmer’s market, grocery stores, cinema, etc.). Panorama, Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs are all within a 20 minute drive.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining room and living room that is great for entertaining.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
If using PayPal there will be an additional 50.00 charge to cover PayPal costs.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
