Outside clothes line. Garden to front and rear (large). A short drive to Killala, Ballycastle and Ballina for restaurants/pubs and also ideal base for day trips to Westport, Achill, Belmullet, Iniscrone and Sligo.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A car is required and nearest town is a 15 minute drive for restaurants but small pubs are closer. 1 1/4 miles from the beautiful Lacken Strand and just 5 miles from shops and amenities of Killala village.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Choice of beaches in the immediate area - some renowned for surfing and fishing. Close to the Lakes of Pontoon. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is more than 10 minutes. There are distant views of the sea. Glorious unspoiled beach for swimming and surfing.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
