Centrally located on the island's famous Playa Norte (North Beach), this Ixchel II condo offers up-scale accommodations, incredible views from the deck and a beautiful white sand beach with great swimming. There is no need for concern with regard to the water on Isla. We get our water from Cancun, which has a good filtered system. Bottled drinking water is also supplied in the unit. REST, RELAX, AND HAVE FUN!

Distances
• Cancun Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. We arrange a shuttle ahead of time (on-line bookings) which takes us from the airport to Puerto Juarez to catch the ferry, which runs every 30 minutes ($3.50pp). After a short 15 minute ferry ride, we walk about 6 blocks to the condo. Inexpensive taxis are available when you get off the ferry. The shuttle will pick you up at Puerto Juarez for the return to the airport
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). The majority of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There are many excellent, inexpensive restaurants on Isla. The island is less than 1 mile wide and approx. 5 miles long. Many people on the island get around on golf carts or scooters. These can be rented daily or weekly.
• Ocean is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: All the typical Mexican excursions can be booked from the Island and are reasonably priced. Swimming with the dolphins and whale sharks is popular on the Island. Garaffon Park offers swimming, snorkeling, a zip line and other tourist attractions. See the turtles and iguanas as you tour the Island by golf cart or scooter.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Payment and cancellation dates will vary depending on the season.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
