Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious room has access to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling, wall-t-wall 3-panel sliding doors that push back to one panel, opening the room up to the outdoors. This master suite also has TV/DVD and large closet area.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

From the balcony, you look out over palm trees to the azure-blue ocean water. Outside the front entrance to the suite, is a large covered walkway with views of downtown and the Island to the south, Cancun, and the evening sunsets.

More Information

Distances

• Cancun Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. For $17pp return, you can pre-book a shuttle that will take you from the airport to Puerto Juarez (about 30 min) to catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Once on the Island, you can walk about 5 blocks to the hotel or take a cab. The shuttle will arrange a time to pick you up at Puerto Juarez for the return to the airport.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Isla is a very small island and most of the tourist areas are easily reached by walking. Golf carts and scooters can be rented to do a tour of the island.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). One of our favourite restaurants, Sunset Grill, is on the beach very near the condo. The tables are in the sand, just a few feet from the water's edge. Great place to see the sunset!
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Playa Norte's white sand beach is one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. The water is warm, clear and very calm. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: All major Mexican attractions can be booked on Isla. At the south end of the Island, there is a popular water park (Garrafon). It offers swimming, snorkeling, water activities and a zip line for the adventurous!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
These rates apply to Winter/Spring bookings Christmas/New Year bookings require 50% deposit and a non-refundable full payment 60 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, a penalty charge of 50% of deposit will be assessed Summer/Fall bookings require 50% deposit which is refundable less US$50.00 up to 7 days before arrival. Full payment is required at that time.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
