10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
