Forio 1 and 2 are two annexes of Villa Adriana, situated on the sea-front at Forio, one of the most famous villages on the island with its small harbour with pleasure boats and local fishing boats. Peaceful position. Views over the garden. The two annexes are to the back of the villa in a garden (500 m2) with lemon and olive trees. Access to the apartments is from the main entrance to the villa, where there is a parking space for each annexe available for the guests. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Water not suitable for drinking. Shared laundry room (washing machine). You can receive incoming calls at the caretaker s house. Baby-bed available (Euro 35/week/each).
ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2) Upper gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with divan bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with bath and the other with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. Gr. fl.: locked rooms. The bedrooms and the living room do not communicate internally but are connected by a long equipped terrace (15x1.5) which faces onto the garden.
LOCATION: The island of Ischia is one of the pearls of the Mediterranean and is an international tourist destination on account of its beauty and its climate. Famous since ancient times for its beneficial spas, Ischia provides its tourists with the opportunity of combining a carefree holiday with detoxicating cures for the body. Efficient spa establishments with swimming pools can be found at Forio, Lacco Ameno and S. Angelo where you can still use the Roman thermal baths at Cava Scura and which were carved out from the rocks. The island is connected to the mainland by numerous hovercrafts and ferries with departures from Naples and Pozzuoli (the crossing takes abt. an hour) and with excursions on pleasure boats to the most famous spots in this region of Campania (Sorrento, Capri, Positano etc...). In a radius of 300 m various shops, restaurants, bar, bank. In front of the villa the sea with public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
