Beautiful modern villa (approx. 90 m2) immersed in the green woods situated in a panoramic position in the enchanting island of Ischia, near Fontana (500 m a.s.l.), on the road that leads to Monte Epomeo. Panoramic view from the terrace/swimming pool to the surrounding green woods and Mount Epomeo. Peaceful position. The villa is characterised by refreshing chestnut woods (1,500 m2), an portico (approx. 25 m2) equipped for outdoor dining, a terrace with a gazebo (barbecue) and a panoramic terrace above the villa where the round and equipped swimming pool (6 m diameter, 1.3 m deep) (3/5-27/9) is located. Possibility of going for pleasant walks along the pathways that pass through the greenery and lead to Mount Epomeo (alt. 787). DISTANCES: 1.2 km Fontana (all kinds of shops), 5 km the beaches of Maronti (thermal springs for therapeutic treatments), 6 km S. Angelo and Giardini di Poseidon (thermal baths), 10 km horse riding, 12 km Ischia Porto.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, microwave, freezer) and access to the portico, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (a bed of which can be accessed by a small ladder) with a 3rd pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, WC (washbasin, bidet), on the terrace near the swimming pool. Laundry room (washing machine) on the terrace. Reasonably comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
