    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are in the center of village. The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 10 minutes. Bank, supermarket, rent a car, restaurants, pizzerie, disco bar is 10 minutes.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The walk and transit to or from the ocean is less than 20 minutes - the main beaches of Forio (Cava, Cetara, Poseidon).

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 5.00/pet/day will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
